Prevention with K-Stretch®

SELF-POSTURE WITH K-STRETCH®

Hereinafter we will show some self-postures you may do anyplace you wish to (at home, in the gym,...). Regular K-Stretch® use will help maintain and/or regain muscle elasticity, better mobility and will also help you relax stiff muscles.

It is possible to use the Double Ball for paravertebral muscle self-massaging while on the K-Stretch.
